The site is free. There is no account and nothing to sign up for.

Facts, not advice

getmy.house shows what public records say about a home and the area around it. Nothing on it is advice — not legal, financial, mortgage, surveying or any other kind.

The figures are shown as the records give them. Records can be wrong, out of date or missing things, and we cannot promise that anything on the site is complete or correct. Many figures are for a postcode or an area, not for one home. Before you rely on anything to buy, sell, borrow or build, check it with a solicitor, surveyor, mortgage adviser or the body that keeps the record.

An estimate of what a home is worth is worked out by a computer from sales and listings nearby. It is an estimate, not a valuation, and no lender will treat it as one.

Using the site fairly

Look up as many homes as you like for your own use. Please do not copy the site wholesale, or run programs that read it in bulk.
